Saturday night fun

We had a fun Saturday night making caramel apples. They sure were yummy! Fall is one of my favorite seasons and well its not coming fast enough. I love summer because our life is so simple but fall is also great too. I love the colors and the trips to the apple orchard, watching the kids trick-or-treat, playing in the leaves and pumpkin carving just to name a few. Well we can't get the decorations out yet because the house is a mess with the construction, so we thought we would start the festivities with making caramel apples. The kids had a blast and they were so easy to make! We bought the caramel apple wraps you see by the apples at walmart.  The kids each had fun putting the caramel around their apple. The great thing about these are they are easy, mess free, and fast to do. What a fun family time :)
